Memphis Islamic Center is seeking a hardworking, sincere, and dedicated individual to fill the position of Coordinator for the Al-Kitab Quran Program to begin as soon as possible. Role & Responsibilities:
- Take daily attendance
- Take application forms and tuition fees (if needed) and deposit them in the Al Kitab mailbox
- Help teachers during recess time
- Watch students during dismissal time and making sure all students get picked up by their parent/guardian
- In case of a teacher absence, substitute for the class or find substitute
- Provide updates to Al Kitab committee
- Communicate and update parents on a consistent basis on updates, changes, and other relevant news
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Minimum High School Graduate
- Minimum 1 year work experience
- Must know perfectly the work in order to organize it for the team
Preferred Skills:
- Effective Interpersonal and Communication skills
